Super simple chicken thighs

I am huge, huge fan of chicken breasts, but I’ve been trying to experiment with other cuts of chicken. This is ridiculously easy, and it results in a flavorful chicken with a just-crispy coating. 

This one was inspired by


  • 2 boneless chicken thighs
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tsp onion powder

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Season each chicken with 1 tsp each garlic powder and onion powder.

Bake for about 30 minutes, or until a meat thermometer reads 160 degrees F.

That’s it.
