Ranch meatloaf

I tried Ranch meatloaf and it was great. What an easy, flavorful meatloaf recipe.


  • 1 pound lean ground beef
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 3/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 Hidden Valley Ranch seasoning packet

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. Combine all ingredients in a bowl, but avoid over-mixing to ensure it stays moist.

I ran out of breadcrumbs and substituted minced sliced white bread, which kind of looks like wood shavings here.

Form into a loaf pan; or, use a muffin tin, as I have in this traditional meatloaf recipe, and a French onion one.

Bake for 35 to 40 minutes.

Serve with ketchup, if desired.

Makes 2 to 3 servings.
