After discovering Herbs de Provence recently from making mini chicken pot pies I decided to give the mixture a go with some chicken.
- 2 boneless, skinless, chicken breasts
- 2 tbsp Herbs de Provence
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp butter
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Place the chicken in a large Ziploc bag along with the Herbs de Provence and olive oil – mix well, coating the chicken.
Brown the chicken in a skillet over medium heat. Transfer to a baking dish and top each chicken breast with 1/2 tbsp butter.
Bake for about 20 minutes.
