- 3 medium-sized red potatoes
- 1 tbsp olive oil, or more as needed
- 1/2 tbsp Italian seasoning, or more as needed
- 1/4 tsp salt
Red potatoes are my favorite potatoes.
Slice them up quite thin, and then place them in a ziplock bag and add the other ingredients.
I am out of large ziplock bags at the moment, which would have been ideal, and I found I couldn’t coat the potato slices as evenly.
Also, red potatoes can vary in size. Use your judgement and add more oil and/or seasoning as needed.
Bake at 450 degrees F for 15 to 20 minutes.
This makes 2 to 3 side dish servings.
Can also add: Parmesan cheese.
