On a whim at the grocery store yesterday I purchased lobster tails, blue crab, and yellowfin tuna steaks. I guess I was in a seafood mood. Tonight, I gave the tuna steaks a try. This was my first time cooking tuna steaks, although I have made salmon many times, and swordfish once.
I bought these seafood items not having looked at recipes to try beforehand. However, my father recently bought me a seafood cookbook and so I decided to look in there first for a way to cook yellowfin tuna steaks.
